2. Can NOVA fill job openings for me?

3. How much do you charge for your services?
NOVA’s services are provided for low or no cost.
4. Who funds NOVA?
NOVA is a nonprofit, federally funded employment and training agency that provides customer-focused workforce development services. We also have some grants from state and local governments, as well as private foundations.
5. Who (or what) runs NOVA?
NOVA is directed by the NOVA Workforce Board, which works on behalf of a seven-city consortium in northern Santa Clara County. The cities are: Cupertino, Los Altos, Milpitas, Mountain View, Palo Alto, Santa Clara and Sunnyvale. The City of Sunnyvale provides administrative support.
6. What does NOVA stand for?
NOVA is an abbreviation of NOrth VAlley; the name was chosen to reflect the location of the seven cities that NOVA serves.
