A Year in Review

With the continued improvement in the economy, the trend in customer demand continues to decline but not to the extent one would expect with the surge in the number of jobs created last year. NOVA continues to see a high demand from customers and their needs are greater, which is reflected in the increase in targeted services NOVA provided to these individuals this past year. In total, NOVA received 64,585 customer visits last year.
