Employment Training Panel (ETP)
The Employment Training Panel (ETP) program offers contract agreements to eligible companies to offset the cost of retraining employees. This program is designed to prevent layoffs and ultimately aims to ensure global competitiveness for companies maintaining operations within California.Our services include:
- NOVA will facilitate the process by establishing the necessary contacts
and guiding you through the initial paperwork involved.
- NOVA can provide experienced contract administration, maintain documentation, and offer on-site assistance and staff support.

California Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL)
The State of California's Eligible Training Provider List is made up of training providers who are eligible to receive Individual Training Accounts (ITAs) through Workforce Investment Act Title 1-B funds. Search by training provider, program, training site location, occupation or apprenticeship.
Training Providers: Apply to be placed on NOVA's Vendor List and the State's Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL) .
