Any individual client who has received services at any time between July 2007 and the present is eligible for consideration. All nominations submitted by the deadline will be reviewed by the CONNECT! Steering Committee and final decisions will be made in mid-January.

Nominations must be received by Friday, January 16, 2009, to be considered for this year's event.
