Why is this product especially helpful
to career service practitioners?
This distinctive tool categorizes 70 values into four work-related
areas. Your clients will choose the values they prize most, prioritize
them, and give a personal definition of each value. You'll see
a pattern emerge that reveals the cluster of values your client
lives by. With this knowledge, you'll be able to determine the
best focus and direction for your client.
What Values-Driven Work products
are offered?
There are three versions of the Values-Driven Work values assessment:
1. Card Sort
2. Self-Report Inventory
3. Online Version
Your clients can choose to do a values assessment using either
the card sort or the self-report inventory, or they can go online.
All three versions are supported by the Facilitator's Manual which
has reproducible masters of helpful pages. The Values-Driven Work
career assessment tool is intended for interactive workshops or

Who would benefit most from this career
assessment instrument?
Values-Driven Work is appropriate for use with a broad range of
populations, including company employees, job seekers, career
changers, reentry clients, college students, and those nearing
retirement.
How much time does a Values-Driven
Work assessment take?
It takes approximately 45 minutes to complete the card sort and
approximately 30 minutes to complete either the self-report inventory
or the online version.
What are your payment options; shipping
options?
Payment Options:
We accept checks, MasterCard and Visa. We also can invoice you
for orders over $150.00 with payment due 30 days from the purchase

Shipping Options:
Values-Driven Work products are shipped from Prodigy Press in
Palo Alto, CA. All orders are shipped UPS Ground. Allow two weeks
for delivery from the date the order is received or taken. To
expedite a shipment, call (408) 730-7830 to arrange for next or
second or third day air.
