Silicon Valley: A Small Business Perspective Released at a community forum held at the NASA Ames Research Center, NOVA's labor market study, Silicon Valley: A Small Business Perspective, analyzes small businesses and startups with 5–99 employees focusing on high-technology products or services. The study's purpose was to uncover the issues and challenges affecting small businesses in Silicon Valley and was prepared in collaboration with the Workforce Investment Boards of Santa Clara and San Mateo counties.
