I have
been working with NOVA since I opened my first office in 1998.
Landmark Protection provides security guard and related services
to corporate clients in Northern California, and in this business,
it's crucial to have the right fit between the employee and the
client we are serving. Our recruiting approach relies solely on
referrals from local nonprofit agencies. NOVA knows everyone;
they're experts at networking, and can put me in touch with other
organizations as well. I know that when a candidate comes to my
office to apply for a position, they've been referred by someone
who knows my hiring criteria and has prescreened candidates. In
a business where providing the right employees is essential, I
look to NOVA and its partners as an extension of my HR department.
