I met Marianne Adoradio, NOVA business liaison, at an EDD breakfast meeting, where she told me of NOVA and their services. I asked Marianne to attend a meeting I had scheduled with my recently terminated employees in order to assist with their transition.

What could have been an emotional situation was diffused with Marianne’s sensitivity, compassion, and knowledge. Marianne and NOVA turned this termination into an opportunity for professional growth for my staff.
