Customer Satisfaction Survey:
Year-End Results

NOVA customers were highly satisfied with the services they received at the NOVA Job Center this past year. The fiscal year-end results of NOVA’s bi-annual customer satisfaction survey are now available, and NOVA received a +90 percent approval rating:

  • 94.12 percent of respondents rated the level of customer service as met or exceeded expectations;
  • 95.55 percent of respondents rated the overall quality of the offerings provided at the Job Center as met or exceeded expectations;
  • 93.62 percent of respondents rated the availability/accessibility of career advising appointments as met or exceeded expectations; and
  • 90.59 percent of respondents rated the quality of the career advising appointments as met or exceeded expectations.

Comments from the survey included: “There is no other center in the bay area offering the quantity or quality of services”, “Everybody seems organized and nice. People come in the first time with all kinds of trauma-drama, yet I've seen some champion displays of patience from the folks at the front desk”,  “The majority of the classes I took were well thought out, offered excellent insight, and really helped me with my job search.”, and  “Excellent content in the workshops, excellent career advisors -- especially the ProMatch offerings.” 

NOVA will use this information to continue to improve upon the services it provides to its customers. For example, in response to comments made by customers about wanting to request career advising and training appointments online, an online request form is now available for customers to schedule appointments.
